No, the program guides you from beginner to intermediate to advanced with video demos and cues.
No. You choose between 3, 4 or 5-day programs depending on your lifestyle. There's resources in the app that helps you choose your training program.
Absolutely. This membership teaches balance, not restriction.
Yes, if you’re on the Personal Coach Support membership.
If you choose the App + Personal Coach Support tier (Tier 1), you can message a coach when you need accountability, reassurance, or any questions you have about the gym, nutrition or mindset.
This is still a self-led program, so if you don’t reach out, we’ll assume everything’s ticking along nicely.
Personal Coach Support is intentionally limited to 40 women so support stays personal and high-quality.
If you’re on the App Only tier (Tier 2), there’s no direct coach messaging, you’ll still have full access to the app, education, programs, and community, just without any 1:1 coach support.
There is a 4-week minimum commitment in the membership. After that, you're free to cancel anytime.
Whilst not necessary, gym access is recommended to get the full benefit. If training at home we recommend having access to heavy dumbbells, booty bands and long resistance bands.
