Do I need experience?

No, the program guides you from beginner to intermediate to advanced with video demos and cues.

Do I need to train 5 days/week?

No. You choose between 3, 4 or 5-day programs depending on your lifestyle. There's resources in the app that helps you choose your training program.

Can I still enjoy weekends, dinners & drinks?

Absolutely. This membership teaches balance, not restriction.

Can I message a coach if I need help?

There are 2 Membership Tiers. If on Tier 1, Absolutely! However, it is a self-led program so if you don't message us we'll assume you're all good. Tier 1 is currently limited to 40 women only. If on Tier 2 there is no direct coach access.

Can I cancel anytime?

There is a 4-week minimum commitment in the membership. After that, you're free to cancel anytime.

Do I need access to a full gym?

Whilst not necessary, gym access is recommended to get the full benefit. If training at home we recommend having access to heavy dumbbells, booty bands and long resistance bands.
